About This Project

Max Rehab Center is a physical therapy center that provides many rehabilitation services such as, Laser Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Kinesion Taping, Sport Injuries Rehabilitation and more. This website is designed to optimize the the patient and office experience, with the addition of online services such as Online Booking and Patient Forms. The ultimate goal of this project was to create a simple solution for patients to use and a fast flow for the office use.
